ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and direct access to deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. The spacious and private loft has a queen bed and a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. The cabin features all new luxury bed frames and mattresses.

KITCHEN - Completely renovated with new appliances including stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. 65" Sony smart TV and fast WiFi. Enjoy the cozy wood burning fireplace after a long day.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 Adults). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
