LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1,328 sq ft home with open living room and kitchen, dining table, a spectacular wood burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable living room seating. The cabin is decorated with mid-century and antique pieces that give the space a nostalgic feeling.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath. Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and direct access to deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. The spacious and private loft has a queen bed and a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. The cabin features all new luxury bed frames and mattresses.

KITCHEN - Completely renovated with new appliances including kitchen range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy the cozy wood burning fireplace, 65" smart TV and fast WiFi, board games and card games.

OUTDOORS - Nature is at your doorstep. Enjoy the morning breeze outside on the back deck. The front deck features a BBQ grill connected to natural gas, no propane tank.

The City of Big Bear Lake strictly enforces the occupancy limit of 7 people, 6 adults, and 2 vehicles. Children of all ages are counted. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
